'FALSE ALARM' ADDED TO THE WOLF 101.5 FM PETERBOROUGH

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Apr 26, 2005 (Vancouver, BC) -- PIONEER 10 has been added to regular rotation on The WOLF 101.5 FM Peterborough, ON. The band's debut single, "False Alarm" continues to infiltrate Canadian rock radio stations across the country, and has received regular features since early February this year.

"Thanks to rock stations like The WOLF 101.5 FM, radio listeners are getting a chance to hear some great rock 'n' roll," says frontman Jeff Booth. "Rock you down, Peterborough! Call your station and request!"

As to the release of the band's first record, "DELUXE," Booth states, "The record itself is complete. We recorded it live to 1/2-inch tape machine, and are now putting the final touches on the artwork. We expect CDs to start shipping from the factory mid-May. Dates will be announced here first!"

The album is expected to be available through online distribution systems like iTunes, PureTracks, Liquid Audio, and more, around the world. The CD will also be available through purchase on the band's web site.

The debut single, "False Alarm," continues to air across Canada on commercial rock radio since February 2005. There are currently 23 radio stations featuring the track from Saint John, NB to Victoria, BC.

PIONEER 10 are on a mission – no, not world domination – but an intergalactic coup d'etat [n 1: a sudden and decisive change of government illegally or by force 2: a brilliant or notable success]. Their soon-to-be released debut record "DELUXE," recorded live to 2-track at The Factory Studios in Vancouver, offers a genuine audio assault of straight-up rock 'n' roll with a 21st century edge -- all the attitude any band needs in a galaxy as small as ours!
